When Biden failed to stop Trump‘s reelection it was not for a lack of trying. On the other hand, when Farage will become PM of a Tory/Reform coalition he will be able to thank Starmer for doing everything to hand the country to the fascists.

The more you stir the Farage and Robinson culture war the better for Reform. The stuff at the top of the news agenda is noise, small boats, hotels and flags. We need real news. Starmer needs to focus on doing good stuff that people want. And to establish a PR operation that works.
I think the fascists are winning the culture war by default because decent people do not want to fight it. They are flooding the media with far right crap. Yet, without fighting back that‘s the only thing people see. We have to fight the culture war and we have to win it.
The answer isn’t to participate in the war, division is bad for everyone. All government spokespersons need to continuously flag up the wider context. News organisations that accept the far right crap and stir up trouble need to be legally challenged. As do the providers of dishonest material.
It was very much for a lack of trying. If Biden had tried even the bare minimum Trump would be in prison
Biden was from a time in which playing by the rules and letting the system do its job always worked. Yet, this was powerless against Judge Cannon and the Supreme Court shitting all over the rule of law. The system had stopped working and Biden refused to acknowledge this.
Which is the overwhelming reason the Democrats lost, imo. Why vote for a party that demonstrably does not give a shit and will not fight back?
Every c*nt's got an excuse.
Nothing to do with the Tory enablers who are up faridges arse, or tok tok and facebook who allow facists to comment on their platforms.
