But he is. By surreptitiously using Brexit ‘Enabling Act’ powers to hard-wire an illegal US deal into our legal architecture, Starmer is attacking the foundations of democracy. No CRaG, no TAC, no debate just executive diktat.
I would like to disagree as I want to see Starmer as different to his Tory predecessors. But given your arguments that is a more and more difficult case to make.
I am compiling a complaint to commission and going through the details. He is worse than Johnson.
