Good question. Fire Emblem 7 Blazing Blade on the Switch VC if you want a more classic FE game. Awakening is a good starter too but that's on 3DS no port/remake yet. Three Houses is fantastic but definitely puts a new spin on Fire Emblem formula. Can't go wrong with either 7 or Three Houses IMO.
