Unoccupied as in Israel Occupying it. Israel gave all of Gaza to them in 2005. It was "Unoccupied" and still is.

What fucking planet are you on right now!?!? Only asking because it sounds like you’re speaking from Uranus. Gaza is unoccupied?!?! Would you mind sharing that with those displaced by IDF’s occupation force?!?!?!
Israel still controlled border crossings/sea routes and utilities in Gaza among other things. It was never unoccupied, it was & is an open air prison.
That claim doesn't hold any water now that we can clearly see the amount of weapons, ammunition, and fortified structures, that the Palestinians have amassed in Gaza. If Israel was in any control of "all the border crossings" - how did they get all that? Where from? Your claim makes no sense.
I'm confused. Unoccupied to me means no-one lives there. Currently Palastinians live there. My limited understanding I that Israelis-Palastinians have been in conflict ever since post ww2.
It refers to Occupation, as in the endless saying that Israel still occupies Gaza, or continued to occupy Gaza once it left totally in 2005. The accusation continued and continues to this day. There was a Mandate called Palestine, Romans changed Judea to Palestina to force Jews to forget their
2) homeland, they did not. Many invaders later, Byzantine, Muslim Arabs, Crusaders, Malaluk, Ottomans, the Jews decided to try to get some kind of sovereignty over their homeland in 1897. Still Ottoman Empire. Jews had always lived on the land, always returned to it in small or large numbers.
3) WWI happened. Ottomans lost their Empire for siding with Germany. Allies created FOUR Mandates. Palestine, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon. Once Arab Muslims saw that Jews were going to be granted land conquered by Muslims, a Muslim Arab clan started riots against Jews in 1920. That is when it started.
4) 1948 was when Israel finally was allowed to declare Independence, after 28 years of endless Arab attacks, the British going back on their word, cutting down Jewish immigration, especially during WWII and sending Jews back to Europe where they were killed in camps.
5) This is 1400 years of Muslim conquest and supremacy over the Jews of the area and not allowing non Muslims of any kind to take back any land they once conquered. But especially the Jews who would not convert to Islam when Mohammad demanded they would. Arab leaders never wanted a 2 State.
Feel free to ask any other questions.
You have taken history back to Roman times. No imagine if the rest of the world took the same view of the lands where they are...
The Jewish people did not take any part of their homeland by force. They have always been present on their homeland. What happened is that the Ottomans lost their Empire in WWI which gave the Jews the chance to rebuild their Nation on their homeland once again. They got their right legally via the
2) San Remo Accords. There were 3 other Mandates besides the one for what the British chose to call Palestine, instead of Israel, because they never meant to really allow the Jews to rebuild their Nation. So much so that in 1922 they GAVE 78% of the Mandate, TransJordan, to a newly arrived Arab clan
It is nonsense to believe that any and all Indigenous Nations today, who have had their homelands taken and colonized by Arab Muslims or Europeans would not take the chance to be sovereign over their homeland again, if it came about. Kurds, Copts, Berbers, Assyrians, they would all like Arabs to go.
"Gave" Never Israel's to take. Not Israel's to police. Not Israel's to occupy. And nobody, but nobody, in the years 2025, gets to commit genocide in Gaza or anywhere else and try such weak, half-assed "oh, you're only opposed to it because we're Jews" shite. Absolute shame on you.
