They received aide money. They voted to send it to Florida, to build an Aligator concentration camp. Now that money isn’t available to help them. They voted harming others was more important than their own welfare during an emergency. Now their hand is out and there is nothing to give them.
Elections and choices have consequences. In the era of tariff taxes Texans have hoisted on us all, people just don’t have money to bail them out of the emergency a second time.
That does not make this any less horrific especially when they are talking about finding the people who bled out waiting for FEMA. A lot of folks were basically murdered by Noem. And this is the blueprint for all of America, not just these folks who'd been asking for a warning system for years.
