How do you encourage BBC journalists? Seriously what's the process? I'll do it now if you can define it. I'm sure many of them despair at what the BBC is doing. Some vague concept of "encouraging" is basically writing strongly worded letters whilst Farage throws Molotov cocktails.

It's not the journalist.. it's the editorial leads and the board that control the narrative with the government giving their steer. I don't have the answers, but I believe handing over the bbc to them for breaking up and selling off isn't the right one.

Ok but the post in your screen shot literally says "encourage BBC journalists" which is meaningless and not at all what you're saying now. Regardless if the answer is "I don't know how" and the BBC is not fit for purpose, then protecting it in the hope it gets better one day seems, naïve at best.
