My theory is that she’s referring to the unaccompanied minor program. That program was thru HHS & in operation under 45 & yrs b4. Kids are placed w sponsors. Sponsors/families/kids move & don’t let the court know of the address change & thus these folks call them “missing” bc it’s good propaganda.

I worked as a gov contractor directly with the kids and families in this program. Even under orange Mussolini’s last term. His administration ran the program just the same as Biden’s WH, and tens of thousands of kids entered & were placed with vetted undocumented sponsors.

All of it was paid for w US tax dollars, down to the flights for the kids from the border to wherever (including Hawaii) their sponsor lived. Kids were given medical, dental and vision care upon arrival. English lessons, therapy sessions, etc — it was a lovely program.
