Plot twist: I'm in an ED in lovely Decatur Georgia waiting for rehydration and antibiotics because my fucking post-surgical mastitis flared up at 4 am and I currently have the bloodwork of somebody who spent four days hiking 6-8 miles a day around Atlanta in August and drinking beer. #cancer

Had an incredible Italian dinner at a restaurant called Double Zero in Druid Hills, which absolutely sounds like a fantasy computer game region. Peach pizza and caccio e pepe and pizza diavolo and a garlic knot you would sell your soul for.
My head has stopped pounding with hunger. (My entire previous caloric intake for the day had been an orange juice, 2 liters of lactated ringers', and 2 graham crackers.) 12 hours in the ED. @scottlynch78.bsky.social is the best spouse. Feel almost human. Going to bed.
