I was never unkind or disrespectful. I am to the point because of character limits. The Americans who do this need to stop doing it. It’s grossly inappropriate. Seriously if you don’t want this reputation while travelling try being better instead of stealing a Canadian identity.
My friend, a world traveler, has had a Canadian flag path on her backpack since trump's first term. It's a safety feature. I am sure she doesn't see it as "stealing." I have been asked by multiple Canadians to fly the Canadian flag at my home in the US as a sign of support, but nowhere else? Hmm.
The Americans stealing our identity while travelling has existed my entire life. Since the 80s and probably long before I existed. If you want to fly a Canadian flag as support right now that’s cool, because you’re not pretending to be Canadian while doing it.

I’ve seen a lot of town halls in red states lately and people vehemently disagreeing and voicing disapproval to gop. I sure do hope you guys can turn it around and come back to sanity and democracy. His recent talks about Americans want a dictator is troubling as fuck.
