Can someone explain to me why this guy is still President of the USA?, because seriously he's suffering from dementia! If it was Joe Biden that typed this rubbish, jargon, gibberish, Balderdash; the entire press would be calling for him to resign and for the cabinet to invoke the 25th amendment.
