We are lucky that she is in a lovely care home I know some families aren’t as lucky.

Sad, but true. I took care of my Mom for nine years and lost her this past May. It’s 24 hour a day work and I’m glad I was able to do it. I miss her immensely and love her for all she was and did for her family—plus my best friend. Blessed you found wonderful care for her.❤️

I’m so sorry to hear about your mum. 💔 My mum had dementia she died 27 years ago. She was in a care home for the last year and it was ok but the care is much better now. My sister and I were with her when she died and I miss her every day. 💔
