Absolutely not especially if you’re a dissident. You cannot guarantee chain of custody, you have no idea what happens between shipping and arrival.

I get that but I doubt there’s any particular heightened security simply on packages arriving. Obviously, if there’s reason to suspect you are already a target or potential target, it different. I mainly mean the 3 Canadians coming for a visit that might have “Trump is an asshole” in a text.
