I had a huge banner across my fence as soon as Harris/Walz announced she was running, I flew a huge Harris/Walz flag over my house and received zero shit from anyone. I don’t believe the support for tRump is as strong as they want you to believe.
I agree, and it's growing weaker and weaker. I live in Ohio, allegedly a "red state," but it's dark money and gerrymandering that did that. Yes, there are plenty of MAGA here, but they are starting to jump ship. And this state has two major "blue" cities and lots of blue voters.
I never understood how Ohio could have so many Republican elected officials. You have two major cities and a huge university in Columbus. WTF are all of these rednecks and morons coming from in that state electing Republicans. Why can’t you be like Michigan? 😁

My kids' ancestors on their mother's side fought for the union, too, though being from Tennessee. Many Southerners would be wrong to assume that their people wanted anything to do with rebellion.
I’m several generations of Southerners on both sides, it’s really telling that about half of my ancestors were willing to fight for against their own kin for the side of right. The MAGAts will be surprised at just how few there are of them, remember the empty rallies and tRump’s birthday parade.
I grew up in the South. I went to Robert E. Lee High School. Class of 1967, I got a draft card for a graduation present. Verdad. I got out of The South ASAP just like black folks moved north as soon as they could. Finally, I was able to get out of the U$A altogether. Blessings, y'all

I remember thinking Michelle Obama was either excited to get out of the WH or just naive when she made the “when they go high” statement in 2016. I saw this coming before Reagan was elected. His “Moral majority” terrified me.
