I do not believe that Giuliani has ever helped a DV victim, maybe his driver was. That’s how these people roll, taking credit for anything their ‘paid help’ does. From what I gleaned, they were hit from behind by a teenager and Giuliani was injured. The end. Or is it? #Pinks #RudyGiuliani
