Redistricting is non-justiciable according to SCOTUS -- at least when Republicans do it. Also, they don't care about Trump's public statements -- they're not evidence of anything, see the first Muslim travel ban. Also, 6 of 9 justices want permanent White Nationalist rule (Yes, even Thomas).

Even if the president can't legally influence how states run their elections, what about the president's ability to influence USPS? Couldn't USPS be manipulated so that it is unwilling to handle election mail, subjects ballots to inspections or delays, etc.
