Correct. 90% of Democrats worry whether their votes will count at all and 40% of Republicans are worried that Democrats will be allowed to vote at all.

For the 3 of the 4 in 10 Republicans it's either because "Biden stole 2020" or some district judge blocked a Trump proposal. Essentially the exact opposite of the reasons we understand.
