Actually one thing I hate about social media. It makes some folks feel invincible to be un apologetically cruel. I never understand why it’s like that.

I heard something interesting once that in criminal or hostage situations, telling the person your name and maybe something about you (parents, siblings etc) sometimes makes them less likely to hurt you. Same principle I guess; they don't see the human when spewing their hatred.
