The problem is "bad" is in the eye of the beholder. They haven't blocked you, and your reposts of others' posts, when those others' posts are posts that qualify for the Follow Farming list, may have put you on the same list - fair or not, not my place to say. I'm on lists too and eh, so it goes.
They block me and put me lists.
*facepalm* I can see who's blocking you as easily as you can, so surely you know the first part is true. The second part, isn't inherently good or bad. It's just a list. If I was looking for followers, I'd probably go to their Follow Farming list and follow everyone on it.
