Los Angeles survived thousands of structure fires fanned by 100 mph winds. I am sure they would have survived a few Waymo cars being set on fire in a 1-2 block area. I don't condone that, but I am sure that LAPD could handle it. A few rogue actors couldn't destroy L.A., but a rogue gov't could.

I may need to clarify. By rogue actors, I mean this definition: Any person or entity that poses a risk through negligent, reckless or intentional acts or omissions. Due to the proximity to Hollywood, I don't want anyone to think I was talking about rogue thespians.
