💯% The Insight Timer is a great app for meditation. I started about 15 years ago sitting for 5 minutes every day thinking of things I'm grateful for, big and small, or thanking different parts of my body, and after a few weeks I felt different and better. The app helps
I've been using the Insight Timer since around 2018, I suppose. Such a fabulous resource! I go to a Buddhist Meditation Center 2-3 days a week for meditation and/or dhamma study. So much has helped me in my day to day life dealing with "life" especially with difficult people. Be well, Mandy!
