I think that’s where my (also 5th generation) husband was born but he’s white so lots of ancestors turning in their graves jokes @ our Hindu wedding. My family immigrated from the UK & similar annoyance. Am I “so lucky” I left (not India) b/c we’re so great? B/c we seem more shit show than great.
