That’s what DJT’s DOJ wants, but Uganda said their prisons are overcrowded and they’d only accept non-criminals who can be integrated into their society as workers.

We visited CR in '05, and had so much fun. The people there were incredible. Did you move there from the states? I've often wondered how that works out for American citizens (who don't speak Spanish) and have limited funds. It's gotten scary up here, and we're looking for escape routes...

I moved from the US in 2022. I bought 30 acres. I built a house for 145k. That included bringing stuff from the US like my adjustable bed. I got everything on sale, so the sales price covered a lot of the shipping. Electronics are crazy expensive, but you can go down to the duty-free zone

He was offered Costa Rica, instead of Uganda, in exchange for pleading guilty to human trafficking, of which I’m pretty sure he is innocent. He did not plead guilty.
