A picnic? 🤔 Is this a trick question? 😂

Well, I don't think I've ever heard of "a night picnic". Is that what you'd call it is it begins after the sun has set? 🤔

I dunno. I'd just call it eating outside on a blanket at night. Or, a picnic. 😂😇

Ok. I wasn't sure if there's a specific name at night. Feels like there should be. If someone invites me to "a picnic", I assume it's during the day. Something starting at 8:30PM (at sunset) doesn't feel like it should qualify! LOL 😆

I'm with you on that. "Picnic" definitely implies daytime. That's where my knowledge ends. 🫢

Right! I just think it should be called something else if the sun's not out. Also, I'd have trepidation at being out in/or the grass at night (even with a blanket). Who knows what you're disturbing during the evening/late night hours (in terms of wildlife). 🤭

Yeah. It would be a hard pass for me. I can't deal with moths, mosquitoes, gnats, or crickets. Lightening bugs are the only night-time critters I can live with in a peaceful fashion.
