I watched a chase in Georgia last night, 18 year-old black teen, sped off from a simple traffic stop at 110mph, because he had no insurance. He hit a tree and is dead. You do not risk jail over a misdemeanor. This kid made a terrible, terrible choice. I see it over and over.
