Immigration policies are weirdly kinda exempt from 4th & 14th amendment protections. Many constitutional protections have been eroded over decades, and were really broadened in the xenophobic frenzy post 9/11 with the creation of the DHS. ICE was given sweeping, questionable powers.

I think we have entirely too many incidents since Jan. 21 that show they 1) don't care about probable cause, let alone 2) don't care about the Constitution.

ICE agents need to provide valid judicial warrants, remain clearly identifiable to the individual officer and not behave like complete twatwaffles
