We just prevailed in our case against Trump's massive IEEPA tariffs, in the Federal Circuit! All challenged IEEPA tariffs ruled illegal, but scope of injunction TBD. Will have more to say later. Here is a link to the ruling (7-4 decision by en banc court): www.cafc.uscourts.gov/opinions-ord...

Illusionary win until overturned in two months by the rubber stamp court. I don't think they're even pausing it, are they? So, really, this means nothing. The tariffs won't even pause and SCOTUS will rule for Trump because they do nearly 100% of the time.

Good on you for fighting a lawsuit against the #RepublicanImportTaxes and winning. They are a tax on the American consumer and they could not have happened without the spineless Republicans in congress refusing to do their duty. This is THEIR responsibility not Trumps, but they appeased him:(
