My original reply was to this: The thing that keeps me coming back to the Newsom stuff is that Democrats who object to our saying we'd never vote for him are refusing to treat us as ordinary voters who need to be won over, like any other demographic.

I think the people who are saying they won’t vote for Newsom are doing you a favor. If you want their votes, you should support someone else as the Democratic nominee.
