I got some pushback on this view yesterday, so let's look at the numbers. Bivens has the lowest WPA (Win Probability Added) in the Giants' bullpen at -0.71. He's also had 10 meltdown innings, 2nd only to Ryan Walker. But Walker has 19 shutdown innings. Bivens has 6. www.fangraphs.com/leaders/majo...
