I would change 'It is my belief' and swap that for outright saying 'This harms businesses.' It's a more Active Voice. And maybe use 'MasterCard/Visa' over 'you guys'. Sent a complaint using this script as a base.

You seem to be from Japan, if I'm not mistaken? I suggest looking for customer support pages to contact them through. For Mastercard Japan, their customer portal number appears to be 00531-11-3886. :)
