I don’t, but I also don’t start altercations with the cops putting everyone else there in danger. Every protest I’ve been to without black bloc is way more peaceful and way safer than the ones I’ve been to with them.

I have only ever seen the police or right wingers start physical violence at a protest and as previously mentioned I live in Portland

Yes. Each and every one achieved nothing. Most were what my partner calls "liberal picnics." An opportunity for nice middle class people to march through central london, and say 'down with this sort of thing' and achieve nothing.

The other outcome was nice liberals getting kettled, and only allowed to leave if they walked by cameras with a clear look at their face, and achieving nothing.
