Well I do believe we got this one right. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms is truly the cornerstone of Canadian society.

I’ve often wondered how we could re-work ours to be better. This sounds good.

The entire US Constitution needs to be re-worked, line by line. Start with the Second Amendment and laws around who can be elected president. You would think that a felon, insurrectionist, rapist, tax evader, draft dodger would be disqualified.

You would but yet, here we are!!!

I’m sure our forefathers couldn’t even fathom that hundreds of years later a criminal would run for president and people would actually vote for him. The constitution should definitely be amended barring convicted felons from running for any government office.
