When you sign up to be a Block Captain for Elon Musk, this is the email you get from America PAC. It says you "will earn $20 for every Wisconsin voter you recruit - and they'll get $20 too." This is not for signing a petition. It's given out to people who "recruit" voters and the voters themselves.

Despite not being signed by "A rich Nigerian prince", that email should be blocked by every spam filter in the world.
I’d say this should be illegal (and I’m sure it 100% is) but the courts here in Wisconsin made it clear they don’t give a shit about minor details like “the law”. We’re only a few elections away from this “vote for my guy and get rewarded” crap to “vote against my guy and you will be punished”.
