I was not convinced. Everyone - EVERYONE - is owed a fair trial in America and this conjuring of charges after the fact seems more than a little sus, especially given DonOld’s propensity for lying. And all his quislings spouting lies to appease him & placate his temper.

To your point, a grand jury indicted him and now he will either plead guilty, be sentenced, serve his time and then be deported. Or have a trial and if found guilty, serve his time and then be deported. Either way he will be deported.
