We don’t need second amendment legislation. We have the right to carry arms provided we meet certain criteria. But then the US has a gun fetish and thinks the population need guns. Our gun control works which is proven by the fact that since 1996 there have been no mass killings of small children.

Same with Canada. It's the fetish that keeps gun control out of America and that fetish pervades USA humanity starting at birth. No it's not everyone, but it's a huge chunk of the population, and too many old, elected farts can be bought. Effing mess.
