Article 5 style security guarantees - and the French (and hopefully British) nuclear deterrent will hopefully get around the NATO issue until it resolves itself (whatever that looks like....). We just need the European leaders to further step up.

In general European leaders are more upstepped than what they project outwards. There's also a third nuclear state in Europe, but it is up to them to declare themselves when they wish to do so. (not Ukraine)
