I get it. But if I were to feel it, it would destroy me. Got any solutions?
Take long slow breaths, sit back and for a time look at it as a movie. When you can handle it, look at it realistically and logically. And seek out others, wait and see what happens, listen, and start to plan. Take care of yourself. not pretending to any solutions. Just the best I can do.
