Yes. I understand their concerns but in a first past the post electoral system you have 2 choices. Opting out is everyone’s right but it just delivers the worse of two evils.

The idea that most of these people opted out is also questionable. I voted for Harris, Biden, Clinton, and Obama—doesn’t mean I can’t call out when someone agrees with CHARLIE KIRK that trans people are “child butchers.”
