Oh I understand the term genocide very well and personally know many of the experts that have documented Israeli government acts. These *experts* have studied it for decades.

Experts are one thing but you cannot look around in social media without many using the word cavalierly. I do think Netanyahu is now committing genocide for the starvation in Gaza. The word means something extremely serious and should be treated as such.

Couldn’t agree more. There is a reason so many of us said Hamas was responsible for the number of casualties early on, because THEY started this war. It is now Netanyahu and his genocidal pals who own the casualties, and the intention.

To be fair, I think Netanyahu been committing war crimes from the start, and I think genocide may be the correct term for the starvation campaign.

I agree in this situation however the word is being tossed around right now in a number of contexts where it’s not the case. The question becomes will anyone take action to remove Netanyahu.
