I do recall there being vampire cards before but now I'm wondering if there are cards that effect only scientists or villains

Vampires are pretty common (I collect vampire cards and run an all vampires deck), but "villain" is new to this set, and "scientist" has really only been used for Universes Beyons sets since Doctor Who with maybe 3 exceptions.
