The state of CA has sued trump for illegal use of armed forces against the population. I hope the other targeted Blue cities will follow suit. That is what they are able to do. It is not easy to undertake the actions you refer to.

True but those steps should be on the table you can’t hamstring yourself by removing or not considering all things.
