Failure rate is for AI startups which again new techs fail often. This is double so when it says how businesses are using AI "wrong" (aka less effective) by using it for sales. While the article doesn't paint the best light for AI tech, it also doesn't paint it being 1929, 2000, or 2008 bubbles
