2-3 quarts chicken broth in saucepan over med. heat,add (cup - 1 1/2 cup) dry white rice. After 4-5 mins,add one box of frozen spinach to pan (stir).Cook 5-6 mins. covered. Add a beaten egg & stir. Cook 5 mins covered & add 1 cup grated Parmesean cheese to pot, gently stir.Shut heat. Cover 5 mins.
