We don't have Doom. We have Doom at home would sum up every attempt I've tried. Except for the real Doom I have installed on my A1200. That is indeed Doom and runs it about as well as my 486 SX2 did.

Right. I said "Amiga" but specifically meant the A500. Thank you for understanding. Yeah, put an upgraded CPU and FPU into an A1200 and a lot more is possible. Not anything that was ever owned by a critical mass market of computer users, though.
Indeed. I did a load of capture on this subject about a year ago and have never got around to doing a video. Also amazing how a stock Archie had put even accelerated Amiga's to shame with scaled 3D.
