My chair isn't SecretLabs, but still isn't great. If you want a rec, get one of the cushions for people with tailbone issues (I personally have a poorly healed fracture in mine, which is Not Fun). It's made my uncomfortable chair much more tolerable, and they don't usually cost too terribly much.

yeah, developed a minor medical issue from sitting too much and got a donut cushion, and haven't looked back. I've got them in all my seats now
