Yes what does he have to gain by saying he is not concerned? They already gave majority and will rig another net 5 to 10 by the time it is all done. Say shit yeah if they keep rigging the system. What if SCOTUS rules only against CA?

I don't disagree with you. But saying he's worried would be an instant soundbite for Fox to mock him and Democrats with. There must be some phrasing that asserts they know this is a problem without seeming like they're on the losing end.

“We must stop them” “they’re trying to undermine democracy” “they know they can’t win so they’re rigging the system” Literally what everyone else is saying. No clever wording needed. There’s only two things you shouldn’t say — “I support it” and “I’m not worried about it” This is incompetence.
