I know where you're going with that but many of the H1-B visas for tech workers are for Indian and other Asian employees. I think it's more specifically - white or Asian, but no Latinos or blacks.

Indians yes. They are *many* working in tech. I’d be surprised if Elon recruits Nigerians or from any African country other than whites from South Africa.
