Liberation from capitalist exploitation and imperialism is my belief, I thought I'd made that clear at this point. You say it was proven wrong by history, but I'm trying to point out that the 'history' you've been fed is American exceptionalist propaganda.
I’m thinking you don’t have unique access to a double secret history of the modern world. I may well access similar sources and voices similar to those you do in addition to the exceptionalism propaganda. Perhaps I just draw different conclusions from the data and my different experience. You do.

If you wish. I am aware of and mostly accept the evidence that the US has abused its power and other nations. I just see, both in the data and experience, it has had great redeeming values. You presume that my disagreeing means I don’t know certain things. I don’t presume that of your disagreeing.
