While we absolutely need to be aware and vote, donate, protest, and be active in the world, there is certainly revolution in joy. There’s a difference with being intentional in your consumption and turning a blind eye.

It's a marathon, not a sprint. Guys like that who demand everyone be in the thick of it 24/7 don't actually care about the movements they claim to and are just in it for the fame. Any activist who is actually worth their salt understands mental health and taking breaks.
