From scratch ceasar salad (and yes there were anchovies) with home smoked chicken breast at ours tonight.

Caramelized onions on steak also does NOT sound bad at ALL! Last night we went out to dinner, a rare occurrence, for out anniversary. I had a dish with seared scallops, fresh corn puree and bacon. That combo was incredible! Gonna try to create something similar.

We had burgers Saturday with onions, shrooms bacon and gorgonzola dulce....this was also quite fabulous. Certain things just go. Beef onions and blue cheeses are one of my absolute favorite combos
