Google AI: California has a history of recurring droughts, including a five-year event from 2012–2016 and a three-year period from 2020–2022. However, as of November 2024, California's current conditions are wetter than 90–98% of past conditions.

Climate change has altered the weather in CA. Winter storms are often harsher, dumping a lot of rain in short bursts. Summers are longer and hotter. That combo makes for more and drier brush that fuels wildfires.

We used to have good scientists who explained things in clear language. "We did an experiment. Here is the result. Here is what we learned." That kind of precision never applies to climate science. People say "look it up yourself" or some vague assertion that things are just different now.

they did it to themselves.cruel as wildlife w burnt paws cannot find food. hot air pollution becuz refusal 2 build public transit, building in wooded areas. mass h20 consumption 4 their mansions. drones & cameras need 2 b installed & monitored in wooded fire risk areas. hire more park rangers

then they cannot complain abt fire & they shuld not b granted permits nor insurance. their SELFISH needs r very destructive. high risk fire, risk to the balance of ecosystem & thus wildlife.
